These terms apply to anyone who uses Bombermon at bombermon.com. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, just don't use the site.
1. What the site is
Bombermon is a free online bomb battle, brought from the arcade machine minigame of otPonline.com to your browser. It's an independent project, with no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship from Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company or Konami. The same game is also on Pokemon.com.br, with the same queue, the same rooms and the same leaderboard.
2. Account
- You don't need an account to play. An account makes your wins count for the leaderboard and saves your history.
- The account is the same as on Pokemon.com.br: it's the same service and the same database. If you have an account there, sign in here with the same username and password, Google or Discord, and an account created here also works there.
- You can create an account with a username and password or sign in with Google or Discord.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens on your account.
- You can change your username on Pokemon.com.br, as long as the new one isn't already taken.
- Don't create accounts to impersonate someone else, and don't use offensive names.
3. Conduct
When playing and using the public parts of the site (matches, replays, leaderboard and profiles), you agree not to:
- use names or nicknames that are offensive, discriminatory, sexual, illegal or that harass anyone;
- use bots, scripts or automation to play or to inflate stats;
- try to bypass, overload or break into the site and its infrastructure;
- collect other users' data in bulk.
Accounts that break these rules may have content removed or be closed, without prior notice in serious cases.
4. Content you create
Your username and the nicknames you use in matches remain yours. By using them, you allow us to display them in the public areas of the game itself (matches, replays, the leaderboard and your profile). You can change your nickname whenever you want and ask for your account to be deleted using the email in section 7.
5. Free of charge and availability
The game is free and provided "as is". We don't promise that it will be online all the time, error-free, or that your history will be kept forever: there may be maintenance, third-party failures or data loss. Features may change or be discontinued.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the site, nor for content posted by other users. Nothing here limits the rights that Brazilian law grants you as a consumer.
7. Third-party rights
If you hold rights to something shown on the site and want it taken down, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
8. Termination
You can stop using the site whenever you want and ask for your account to be deleted using the email above. Since the account is the same as on Pokemon.com.br, the deletion applies to both sites. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of the user's place of residence have jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
